Essex has an enhanced function that affects how homeowners communicate with us through your community website. Homeowners are able to log on to the website, click ‘contact us’ and submit a web submission with their questions, concerns, or feedback. For every topic that is submitted, we have an Essex team member who is responding in a timely manner to the homeowner regardless of the request.

This enhancement also allows Essex to track communications and ensure homeowners are responded to in a timely manner. We are able to measure our customer service levels as well as run reports on your community to determine major concerns in need of immediate attention. The new enhancements also allow us to address more common recurring requests that can help us implement even better and faster service and response times in the future. Our goal is to continually improve your communication experience!

  1. 2017 Second Reconvene Annual Meeting

    Event Starts: February 21, 2018

    We are pleased to advise you of the Second Reconvene Annual Meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association, present information on current Association affairs and elect 5 (five) members to the Board of Directors.

    Please note: number of elected members to the Board of Directors has changed from the original notice. Per the original notice, 3 (three) were to be elected. The correct number is 5 (five)Enclosed for your convenience is a proxy which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting and a candidate form if you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors. It is very important that you assign your proxy if you cannot attend. A meeting cannot be held unless a quorum is present, either in person or by proxy.

  • New Alarm Ordinance for the City of Celina

    The City of Celina has a new program for alarm permits and how alarm calls are tracked. Currently, The Celina Police Department responds to a high volume of false alarm calls, mostly due to human error, system malfunction, or weather. Many man-hours are spent responding to these false alarms and until now, there was no incentive for homeowners to fix reoccurring issues. Homeowners can now be fined for repetitive false alarms and for not having a permit for a monitored alarm system. Click Full Story for link.

  • Friendly Reminder: Trash Disposal

    It has come to our attention that fairly large amounts of trash and debris has been collecting throughout the neighborhood seemingly caused from trash / garbage that is either not making it into the proper containers or the lids of containers not being properly closed therefore causing trash and debris to escape and blow all over the community. This e-mail serves as a reminder that per Section 2.2(f) of the CCR’s trash, garbage, and other waste must at all times be kept in clean, well maintained, sanitary containers. Trash, garbage, and other waste shall not be dumped on the ground of any lot or in any common area. Please ensure all trash and debris that can be placed in garbage bags is disposed of in this manner prior to placing it in your garbage containers for pickup.
